The main groups of LAWFUL DISHONESTY in Islam
Lawful verbal dishonesty, 8 groups:
1. Al Taqiya = Lawful lies.2. Kitman = Lawful half truths.
3. Hilah = Lawful circumventing/pretending.
4. Tawriya = Lawful several meanings/unclear. "Double talk."
5. Muruna = Lawful "Fflexibility" about the truth.
6. Taysir = Lawful rectification/"adjusting" of facts/arguments".
7. Muda'rat = Lawful hurting.
8. Darura = Lawful "neccessities" in order to gain what one wants.
In adition there is lawful disuse or breaking of words and even oaths.
"Obligatoric": Verbal dishonesty shall be used if neccessary to, or makes it easier to, defend or promote Islam, and may be used in many other cases.
In addition there is lawful dishonesty in deeds (f.x. stealing/robbing, extortion, cheating, slave taking (= to steal other humans' lives, work capasity, perhaps sexual capacity (mainly from girl children and women), etc.). There are similarities to the rules of criminal gangs.
It further tells somthing when a religion is unable to stand securely on its own legs, but needs to be permitted to lie or cheat. There is something wrong with such a "religion" - if not, honesty had been all one needed. (One of the strong differences between Jesus' demand for honesty, and Mohammad's teaching.)
